Since 1977:

Head of international business unit, Country general Manager, Director. Erik´s business career encompasses more than 30 years in senior marketing, sales, business development, strategy and organizational development roles. While leading people, developing teams and coaching with companies such as Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard he developed his passion for people development. 
Responsibilities have ranged from establishing businesses throughout Eastern Europe, leading major international product launches, to being responsible for a $2 billion software business in Western Europe. 

Since 2009: 

Independent facilitator, mentor and coach for senior executives and high-potential future leaders. Specializations: Leadership development, organizational development consulting, international team development and training.

Originally from Scotland, Erik speaks fluent German and lives with his family near Munich.
